Description
The LCA range of adjustable pitch, high efficiency aerofoil axial flow fans, is available in eleven diameters graded in standard metric sizes from 315mm to 1250mm. The modern impeller design allows flexibility in impeller pitch or diameter selection and provides for almost any intermediate non-standard diameter on a made to order basis.
The true aerofoil section on the high quality glass polypropylene or aluminum blades provides a non-overloading characteristic and system resistance variation, which cannot cause motor overload. A full range of ancillaries is available including mounting feet, mating flanges, cylindrical and rectangular splitter type sound attenuators, flexible connectors, inlet cones and non-return dampers.Designed to handle air volumes from 0,08 to 40 m³/sec and static pressures up to 1,00 kPa in standard single-stage configurations.
The adjustable pitch aerofoil section impeller is assembled from standard components, comprising glass polypropylene or aluminum blades specially shaped for optimum performance and assembled into a cast aluminum hub designed to incorporate various blade configurations, which are selected in accordance with the fan diameter and required performance. In addition, fractional solidity impellers can be provided to enable fans to be selected to use the most efficient part of their characteristic.These axial’s are also available in flameproof, sparkproof and with other motor types.
