Description
The Kleen Pak range of fan filter units has been designed to enable the client to select a standard product to meet the demand for the many and varied applications requiring clean dust free air. The Kleen Pak is available in two basic units, the ‘S’ type, having a primary filter only and the ‘H’ type,
with primary and secondary filters. Simple yet efficient and aesthetically pleasing these low cost units provide a readily available solution to many air filtration problems.
The sturdy constructed housing is fabricated from pre-galvanised mild steel, chemically cleaned after manufacture and painted with an epoxy or baked enamel finish. Each unit incorporates aluminum inlet and outlet louvres, with high pressure centrifugal fans having guide vanes to ensure uniform air flow at the discharge. An external mounted terminal box protected to IP55, filter loss gauge and generously sized inspection door can be provided as optional extras.
The high efficiency forward curved, double inlet, double width centrifugal fan is equipped with a direct coupled speed controllable motor matched to the impeller. Special resilient mounts secure the fan to the housing to ensure vibration free operation. Filters can be removed by first removing the louvre or by side withdrawal. A suitable cover is fitted to prevent air leaks and close the filter compartment. Kleen Pak units have been sized to accept standard dimension filters fitted to factory
clip trays with adequate gaskets obviating any possible by pass of air. Primary filters are the pleated washable type and secondary filters are either high efficiency Hepa, Micro-Cell or Hy-Cell.
